Application
This thermal analyzer is mainly used in the foundry industry for rapid detection and analysis of hot metal components.
The thermal analyzer can be operated by connecting the power supply, samplecup and the support holder. Pour the molten iron to be measured into the sample cup and the thermal analyzer can automatically measure the carbon content C%, silicon content Si%, carbon equivalent CEL of the molten iron within 2 to 3 minutes.
Thermal analyzer has the characteristics of fast, simple and accurate, and should play a greater role in controlling the quality of casting production.
Characteristics
The thermal analyzer works using scientific evaluation methods and can
automatically determine the main metallurgical parameters of gray and white
cast iron.
The thermal analyzer is easy to operate and measurement data can be easily
read from the LED display even in dim light.
Thermal analyzer has the following characteristics:
1. Wide measuring range, suitable for molten iron before and after incubation
and spheroidized molten iron.
2. Strong anti-interference ability.
3. By using a suitable sample cup, the degree of super-cooling during the
condensation process of molten iron can be detected.
4. It has operation error indication function.
